About This Pipe
Michael Parks doesn't shy away from creating extra, extra-large pieces, nor does he by any means accept that a massive briar must be clunky or stolid. Case in point, this flow, graceful, gorgeously smooth rendition of the bent Billiard, rendered at something around the neighborhood of 4:1 scale. Make no mistake, this is one big briar, possessing plenty of chamber, as well as smoking-cooling length; nonetheless it's gentle and naturally formed in hand, beautifully polished and balanced aesthetically, and sure to prove easy to enjoy.
