This poach is made with very nice Italian leather thick and supple. It is lined with very nice thick Surgical rubber liner. Stitching and snaps are very good. This feels like something that could last a lifetime

Cornell & Diehl - Burley Flake #2 2oz
Good
This blend when you first open the tin does not have a very strong order smell but after it's been open for a while it has quite a earthy fermenting tin a Roma. To me the dark fired Kentucky is only used in a very condimental way the focus is mainly the earthy white Burley and the slightly sweet fermented flavor of the red Virginia some chocolatey Coco notes do show up as you smoke it from time to time smell coming off the bowl is quite chocolatey compare the taste as you smoke it. It is quite a peppery mouth fuel to this blend especially in the Retro Hale. Nicotine content is quite High.

Love them or hate them since jaw injury I find it necessary peace in my pipe smoking. They also protect the stem from tooth chatter. And make some pipes Mork lunchable then they would be normally.

The Tapered and I find the same size as Brigham's regular pipe cleaners. the widest and is about thickness of a extra sorbent fluffy pipe cleaner the cotton is not quite as long as the extra absorbent.I find them good overall.

Captain Earle's - Ten Russians 2oz
Full and savory
A full body English in the same vein as Cornell and Diehl star of the East. Full savory there is some nicotine here good for the afternoon smoke

This blend is heavy on the latakia. The orientals have Kind of zesty mouthfeel. I am able to find bready note form the Virginia. Full-bodied blend. Nicotine medium. Moisture was good straight from the tin . I will be getting more of this blend

Not what I was hoping
It came quite dry. Burned quickly and I found it slightly harsh not extremely high nicotine. Earthy spicy slightly sweet.

Stands & Pouches - Tobacco Pouch Humidifier
Better than I expected
These pouch jar humidifiers work well I soak them for about 10 to 15minutes and put them in a quart sized jar almost full of tobacco and it works well take some time couple of days. for the money I say you can't go wrong with them just keep in mind they're not very big so it won't humidify very large batches of tobacco without reloading them again. Should use humidifier with distilled water.

A number one English Style
When I first open the bag I thought I don't remember there being Cavendish in this blend description. Cavendish does not always work for me in a blend. This one however does strike the balance nicely for me The first light was a Cavendish sweetness quickly followed by latakia smoke notes. The major body of tha smoke about halfway down was latakia hints of the Cavendish and a Oriental Tang on the Retro Hale. Taste medium. Nicotine medium low. Strength medium.

Solani - Aged Burley Flake - 656 50g
Good Burley blend
This burley flake is easily the best I've had. It is fairly smooth white hints of Earth dark chocolate hints of coffee. Nicotine medium-high Burn slow don't try to push it faster or tends to bite for me anyways. Tin note earthy slightly sweet Coco very delicious.

Comoy's - Cask No.4 3.5oz
Very nice
Not overly heavy on the perique. There is nicest citrus note from The Virginian . Tin note is like old hay .

Peterson - 3 P's Peterson's Perfect Plug 50g
Dance plug get your razor blade out
This is a wonderful true plug. Get yourself a good sharp razor blade or razor blade type knife and cut it fine rub it out fold and stuff it burns nice and slow either way. Currently smoking 5 you're old plug it is absolutely full of plume. Fairly mild Taste of Earth leather and a light sweetness coming through and a spicy mouth feel absolutely number one plug for me. Nicotine medium moisture is good dark and sort of fruity smelling.

McClelland - 2015 Virginia-Perique Flake
Wonderful vapor
Nice balance of Virginia and perique mild in The Taste to medium. nicotine medium. Came a little damp and I think it would be a little bit better with age but great the way it is nice red Virginia notes from it and hints of barriques spice

Orlik - Dark Strong Kentucky 50g
Not bad
Find myself unable to like or dislike this blend it has a pretty distinct taste that I would describe as molasses I also taste the dark fired and get the Virginia. But the main taste is the Molasses sweetness not really what I'm looking for in a blend

Daughters & Ryan - Two Timer Gold 40g

Is blend is Naughty and kind of sweet. But it just doesn't do it for me nicotine medium taste mild not a outstanding blend came very dry

A nice vintage feeling Tobacco Box. Not flimsy well made see this lasting a lifetime has that vintage feel to it like Zippo lighters. it will tarnish if the tobacco touch it.

Gawith Hoggarth & Co. - Dark Bird's Eye
Yum
Very dark fired forward. Very rich Savory smokey earthy flavors with a hint of that flavor that is only gawith and Hogarth. I find this to be quite nicotine heavy.

McClelland - 2035 - Dark Navy Flake
I like to use this for my Virginia blending
I got this intentionally for blending it with other tobacco . first I tried blended it with 5100 red cake and thought it might be a failure. I came back to it 17 days later to give it another try and found it had done quite a nice transformation the 5100 redcake was covered in tobacco oil now and darkened up some and the overall smell was quite McClelland in nature. Makes a assweet bready slow-burning blend.

Great for cleaning
These are pipe cleaners so there's not much to say. I love these for my routine deeper cleaning the tapered shape works great for starting to go through a stem and then the wider portion really cleans as you draw it through. Also good for getting into Shanks with bigger draft holes and really scrubbing them out.

McClelland - 5100 - Red Cake
I like to use this for my Virginia blending
This is a great blend of Virginia's. Having said that seem to lack something for me so I added some McClelland2035 Navy flake makes for more depth and seems to make everything much sweeter after 17 days in a jar together. It vaguely reminds me of McClelland red and black if you added some citrus Virginia's it might be banging on. The red cake goes through a very rapid and noticeable transformation for me it makes a great Virginia blend. 5100 red cake is one of the best offerings that I have ever tried from McClelland.

Mac Baren - HH Vintage Syrian 3.5oz
My number one English/ Balkan Style
This blend has a lovely smokey slightly sour taste with a hint of sweetness coming through from the Virginia. If you are looking for a Latakia Powerhouse this isn't it .It is Syrian and not as Smoky campfire as the cyprian Latakia. The Burly adds a little body and if I use my imagination maybe a Nutty hint. Nicotine's medium. If you put 5 to 9 years of age on this blend it is a spectacular thing a lot of key of Fades quite a bit more Virginia's become very nice and sweet and mellow and losses that slight Edge

G. L. Pease - Temple Bar 2oz
A fine offering
This plug comes moist for the Tin that I had. Blend showcases the orientals in a nice sour note spicy nose and mouth feeling and the red Virginia's come through in an ice bready taste not March for sweetness. I had good results when cutting the plug fine and rubbing out smoke it slow and you probably will not experience any tongue bite. This is definitely for the lovers of Oriental and red Virginia for me I think the Parikh hides behind the Oriental spice. A nice plug I will buy more to age. Nicotine is probably medium. And a little dry time was necessary.

Better than I expected
This tamper is a better quality item than I was led two believe when I read some of the reviews. The metal foot is perforated allows you to draw while tapping more easily it works. it's the first perforated foot tamper that I have used . Size is nice it is 5 inches long. The foot the tamper is half inch wide. The bamboo is already starting to darken but I view it as a good thing just like the darkening of An Unfinished Briar pipe. I will buy another if I lose or break this one but I suspect it will last for quite a while if you take care of it. Now that I've had it awhile my opinion still stands. Many people think it's bone when they first look at the bamboo and compliment me on it.
