About This Pipe
The Plateau is a rare series to come across. They appear to be on scale with Peterson's extra-large House Pipe line, but eschew any semblance of English-school shaping for a semi-standardized, but still essentially freehand-style one. That is, the shanks and lower bowls are uniform, but the upper bowls and rims are left largely to nature's will, in the form of the briar's plateau.
