About This Pipe
The Peterson System pipe has been around since 1887. A line of pipes does not achieve that kind of longevity unless there is a reason, and there is. Designed to deliver a dry smoke by letting excess moisture accumulate in a well beneath the draft hole that joins the mortise to the chamber, the System has been pleasing pipe smokers for more than a century. Here we have a dress-finished System Standard Ebony, in the popular, and generously proportioned "302" bent Apple shape.
