Meteora Poker Tobacco Pipe

I find that Ardor's Meteora carved finish has an interesting duality about it. On one level, the cubist frames that contain almost Pollack-esque swirls have a real mid-twentieth century feel to them. On the other side of the coin, when taken in one glance, there is sense of looking at the ochre, wind-weathered columns of the ancient Mediterranean areas. When placed on the poker, that latter sense moves strongly into the foreground, and the timeless seems to be sitting complacently on the desk or table. Ardor never ceases to amaze, and I pray it never does.
