I ordered this last Oct 2014 and seemed to be a good cut of tobacco. It was not to strong, as I like, You may need to use as a blend with other type. seems the price is higher close to 1 dollar more from oct 2014. Now it is DEC 2015 and I will pass on ordering this brand.

This is a very well crafted pipe carrier with a pouch for over 2 oz of tobacco. you can not get a better price on a pipe pouch. Highly recommend! Holds more items than you think. I carry this every day.
Tampers & Tools - Senior Pipe Reamer
Bad or defected??
After reading the reviews I ordered one of these and it is like a butter knife and will not cut nor scrap off cake in my pipe. Seems to be dull from the factory. My Demrel has always worked for me with the slow speed scraper blade. But I can see this tool would be great if not dull -Maybe I can sale on ebay?

Mac Baren - The Cube 16oz
Good old CUBE
This is one on my list- however after the change in packages from 5 yrs ago -once in a can then in a tube and now in a sealed vacuum bag - seems the price just keeps getting higher every year. It has gone up 20 dollars a pound in 7 yrs. Very good blend if you can pay over 50.00 a pound. This is a treat in my pipe once a year.
Mac Baren - HH Acadian Perique 1.75oz
Over priced for the taste
I ordered this tin because I wanted to see how much perique taste it had. For over 10 dollars a ounce I can get a better blend -seems with Mac Baren all their tobacco is highly priced. But Hey you get to keep the tin.

High Priced -over priced
If you want a strong smoke this is your answer -be prepared to pay 10.00 a ounce but hey you get to keep the tin container.
Rattray's - Marlin Flake 100g
Be careful with can orders
I got the 3.5 oz can to try this flake out. Very bad packing from the factory -the flake was a baseball inside the can and very gummy. I left the lid off 24 hrs and -WOW now it is all dry and crumbles like sand. Burns good, so Hey seems like a good smoke, but the price is like google stock market.

Trying flakes seem tricky
THis flake is ok for the price, if you look at the other flakes out there by price this one meets a good budget smoker. I got a pound a last year and just ordered 2oz today to meet the 50.00 free shipping. for XMAS order.This Flake needs to air out before you smoke it.

This is a very good blend - I try to keep 2 lbs on stand-by thru the year. hope thr price doesn't go up like MacBaren.

Very good slow smoke
I thought this would be over whelming when I got it delivered. I could smell the 4 oz bag inside and I thought "what did I do?" I opened the box and removed from the rest of the products and put outside to remove the coffee smell. After 24 hrs I packed a bowl and this was a very great blend, after 7 days I had smoked all 4 oz. Well -I ordered 2 pounds today.

Very Mellow
English Oriental Supreme -very marsh mellow - so to say- light like weight of a marsh mellow, burns to white ashes and gives me a mellow evening. I would highly recommend - I purchased 8 ounces and will get a pound on the next order. I to see how long it takes me to smoke the 8oz but from the enjoyment now, I may need reorder of 2 pounds- It is a high for my chemistry.

Just What I wanted
Mac Baren Cube was the first pipe tobacco I smoked, My recent order of this London Blend has the same texture and cut. I am very pleased with my selection. Not too dry and not too wet-. My first fill smoked to a nice white ash. I order 8 oz and which I had ordered 1 pound. I have begun to smoke my pipe again and I have only ordered my pipe tobacco from SmokingPipes.com They are number 1 with product, price and customer service.
