American Estates: Mehaffey Smooth Panel (7) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-009-12496

Mehaffey was a pipe and tobacco shop located in Wheaton, Maryland before closing its doors sometime during the 1980s. E.A. Mehaffey owned the shop and also crafted pipes, with this Paneled piece being one of them. A series of eight softly rounded panels circumvent the bowl, adding some subtle textural diversity to the piece. The bowl's waistline is set high, just underneath the rim and the flattened underside allows this piece to sit stably on desktops. It's also rather lightweight and can be clenched easily for a hands-free smoking experience.
