Has a sweet soft flavor. Not sure about "cherry" but definitely sweet almost like flowers. Kinda soapy? I like it!

It's good tobacco. Has a consistent flavor. Does burn quickly, but it's satisfying. The taste is better than the original.

Can definitely taste the cinnamon spice of the perique. I wouldn't call it an aromatic because I didn't think it smelled all that good. Smelled better in the tin.

I wish I would have found this sooner! I enjoyed every bit. The smell in the pack was almost like a damp basement with a hint of sweet. Once it gets smoking all kinds of delicious sweet flavors will hit you. Smells almost like baking cookies. At times it tastes like old fashioned hard fruit candy. I swear I even tasted a light touch of cinnamon. Great stuff!

It's not for me. The first 3 bowls started out good. Then it turned super harsh and sour. I deep cleaned the pipe, took care of the sour but kept the harsh. Seems more like ordinary cigarette tobacco.

This is the best navy cut I've ever had. Unsmoked it smells like a blueberry muffin flavored Larabar. Smoking it all the citrusy flavors come out. Sugary and tangy all at the same time!

Tasty
Good stuff! Has a flavor about like root beer or black licorice. It leave a nice menthol like tingle in your mouth. Definitely getting more! Only complaint it had some small particles I would draw through the stem at first when smoking too quick. It would get the bowl hot. Mostly my fault once I figured how too "sip" instead had no more problems!

First tin
This was the first pipe tobacco I've had in a tin. I mostly smoked corner store, bulk or local blends. I've had my pipe for 16 years. This was very good tobacco. Had an excellent flavor and smell both burning and in the tin. It didn't burn hot and left behind a shiny cake. It has a decent nicotine hit to leave me satisfied for several hours between bowls. I do prefer pouches just for portability. I'll definitely try other blends from Nat Sherman!
