burnt coffee
always interested in trying this blend and when i finally did i was not satisfied. poor quality of tobacco and tasted more like burnt coffee. Perhaps it needs a bit of topping to sweeten it up? give it a try maybe its just me.

McClelland - Craftsbury: Frog Morton 100g
My favurite in the series
Ive tried all of the blends in the Frog Morton series and this one by far is the best. I am a big fan of Frog Morton Cellar and Frog Morton on the Bayou. But this one stands out. Ive smoked it like a freight train and have never gotten tongue bite.

Hearth & Home - Berry Nice 1.5oz
Let it air out
First smell of the tin note gives you a bit of a soapy note. I left the lid off to air it out for about 4 hours, after that the soapy smell is gone. Smokes nice.

Hearth & Home - Grandma's Kitchen 1.5oz
Does not strike me as an aromatic
ive had 2 or 3 bowls now and Ive had to smoke it a lot slower then some aromatics but to me it tastes like an English. So if you are looking for a light aromatic without a lot of topping give it a try.

Cornell & Diehl - Golden Days of Yore 2oz
not a fan
I bought my first tin just over a year ago and was not overly impressed at first so I let it sit hoping this would improve. after smoking it again after a year to me the blend reminds me a decent cigar. Was really hoping for the delivery that the tin note describes.

Sutliff - Molto Dolce 1.5oz
nice smoke, but goopy
I've heard only good things about this blend of tobacco and was glad to have purchased it. Tin note smelt a bit like birthday cake, I thought it was a bit chemically but I think that came from the strength of the tin note. Smokes very good and hot, I did not get any tongue bite although it left a mess in my pipe. I would reserve this blend for a corn cob or pipe that you are not worried about ghosting.

Samuel Gawith - Chocolate Flake 50g
let down
was hoping for a nice medium smoke with a bit of chocolate, I got the nice medium smoke but there was no chocolate to be found. kind reminds me Dunhill Nightcap but not as strong. still smoked good and need little to no relight.

G. L. Pease - The Virginia Cream 2oz

Ive given this a try about 5 bowls now and its not growing on me im going to set it aside and let it sit for 5 or 6 months and then come back to it.

McClelland - Holiday Spirit 2015 50g

This is more then just a Christmas time blend its any time you feel like it blend. ive been waiting to find a blend that reminds me of being a kid at Christmas and this is it. I like to go sledding with my nieces and nephews and I will taking this with me. I want to sit in a snow bank and smoke some of this.

McClelland - Craftsbury: Deep Hollow 100g
great taste
I am enjoying this blend very much! I find it a bit fruity and maybe some apple. Great aromatic from the geniuses at McClelland! I get a bit of hit of cinnamon that adds a little spice.

F & K - Bat with a Hat 1.5oz
VERY GOOD!
This is quickly becoming one of my favorite aromatic blends. Its a bit sticky to the touch, I'm not sure if drying it out would help or not. Burns down to nice fine white ash and hasn't needed a relight or tamp yet.

Lane Limited - BCA
Top Notch
This is by far my favorite black Cavendish! Its a nice cool smoke with an amazing room note that keeps people complimenting!

Seattle Pipe Club - Deception Pass 2oz
Provocative
This is going to be a VAPER that I reorder. I find the Perique to be on the mild side and not to spicy. Another great blend from Seattle Pipe club!

Rattray's - Jocks Mixture 100g
Smooth
Nice black Cavendish with a pinch of latakia. A very dark and full-bodied smoke!

Rattray's - Highland Targe 100g
Rattray's Never suprises me
Just got this blend in the mail and it is going to be added to my next reorder for sure. Its a nice all day smoke with a little nicotine kick towards the end. I will be adding this to my rotation

Peter Stokkebye - PS24 Nougat
great aromatic - will be buying some for the cellar
Smoked a couple OZ of this blend and i am absolutely loving it. Has a very sweet room note and tastes sweet aswell. I noticed a little bit of tongue bite but then again I probably smoke to fast, Enjoy :o)

G. L. Pease - Sixpence 2oz

If you like gaslight by GL Peace you will love this one. does have a nicotine kick

Strong bite for this beginner
This is a nice smoke but the bite is a bit stiff. I am going to try it again everyday for the next 3 days and if it doesn't change I will sit on it for 6 months and write again

Best of the Frog Mortons
I have smoked my way through most of the Frog Morton blends with the exception of the original and I agree with most. This one is the best, I am still going to try the remainder just to make sure.

Rattray's - Bagpiper's Dream 100g
great aromatic
I was drawn to this one by the tin and partly by all the great reviews. This is what all aromatics should be like. great tin note, great room note and I little to no tongue bite. 5 stars.. cant wait to try more Rattrays

This is a nice great tasting tobacco, very smooth it smells really good it smokes great no bite but no aromatic not for me,

Peterson - Luxury Blend 50g
second blend from peterson
This is the second blend from petserson that ive tried. it was a bit better but not to the standards that ive been told Petersons is at. I will keep trying hoping to find the best Peterson has to offer

Peterson - Irish Cask 50g
bitter
I found this tobacco a bit to bitter for my likings, I will admit I am a noob and will continue to smoke the rest of the tin until it Is gone just so I can make a more educated opinion

This was the first blend in the Frog Morton series that Ive tried and I was blown away by the tin note and flavours in the smoke. Ive heard that the Cellar version is the best, looking forward to trying it aswell

good smoke! a bit too strong for this NEWB
I've tried lots of aromatics and was looking for something different and something a bit stronger, A friend had recommended I try this and I was not disappointed. ONLY prob is a bit strong for me as I am a newb! I WILL NOT GIVE UP this is in my rotation

Mac Baren - Vanilla Cream 3.5oz
great smoke - little to no vanilla taste for me
I really enjoyed this tobacco. I pulled all the tobacco out of the tin and placed it in a snap shut mason jar. I found this helped the tobacco as it was a bit sticky

Peterson - Irish Cask 50g
bit too strong for beginner like me
this is the second flavor from the Peterson pipe tobacoo line that I have not been a fan of, I am relatively new and am not going to give up on this, but I am going to save it for a later date when I can handle a stronger smoke

Ordered this tobacco because I looked at the top ten bulk tobaccos and I was very pleased with it when I first tried it. Smooth no bite. a little sticky but burns well, and stays lit. I would highly recommend this tobacco to first time pipe... smokers

good smoke - a bit to strong for this rookie piper.
Really loved the tin note, smoked good, tastes great. but a bit to strong for this beginner, I found I was having headaches after a couple puffs. ill come back to it in a year

definitely a stronger tobacco found that it gave me the boot in the ass that I was looking for in regards to a stronger tobacco. Only downside it gave me a helluva headache
