Cornell & Diehl - Cross-Eyed Cricket 2oz
A New Favorite
I smoke a variety of tobaccos and I have been pleased with this purchase. Cross-Eyed Cricket is really complex and busy with different smells and flavors. But there isn't any fighting. The blend works well together, and it's an incredibly mild smoke. The aroma is pleasing and maybe even a little inviting. I am very selective about what makes my "favorite" list but this one makes the list. I'd recommend to new or experienced smokers.

Typical Virginia
This is a straight-forward Virginia. Don't light it if you don't have time to sip and enjoy. You try to rush this smoke and the tongue bite will get you quick. Nothing flashy but still a good smoke.

Nice and simple
I found this to be a pleasant smoke. Nothing to turn your head but there are some interesting notes that pop up during the smoke. It is smooth and forgiving if your new to smoking pipes but the subtleties are enough to satisfy the veteran. Lately it has been the tobacco I grab when I will be on the tractor a while and need just a nice plain smoke.
