About This Pipe
Peterson's "408": I've heard this pipe described as both a classic English Apple and an English Author shape, but as it's been pointed out before by other folks around here, the shape is really something of a hybrid of the two. Nevertheless, this example is rather fetching, banded with nickel and stained in the medium walnut contrast stain that is indicative of the Aran series.
