In some respects, the lines of the Churchwarden-- any Churchwarden-- are a bit outside of what one normally associates with Peterson. The thin, feminine litheness of the slender shank and long slim stem hardly have the robust, meaty masculinity of so much of their shape range. Peterson does, nonetheless, offer up some particularly nice Churchwardens, whether they are, like this one, in the classic Prince shape or in one of Peterson's Dublin shapes. Interestingly, Peterson really doesn't have much of a Prince shape in their classic range of shapes. This is the only place I can think that this very English of shapes is particularly prominent.
