Ambos Mundos (translated to mean the best of both worlds ) are a value-line of cigars from Pete Johnson of Tatuaje fame. Released in early 2009, these Nicaraguan cigars with Ecuadorian Sumatra or Ecuadorian Habano wrappers are rolled in Estelli, Nicaragua under the supervision of Jose Garcia, and receive the same attention to aging and bundling that Pete’s other lines do. With reasonable prices and Pete’s signature simple bands, these speak volumes for the market.
